We know we know, at the end of every visit with our team inevitably at the end of the visit somebody is going to ask you to let us know how thing’s went. Interestingly enough this is a habit that our team has been in the practice of for many many years! Customer feedback is the number one way that we make adjustments to our processes to make sure every visit you have going forward is as great as the first time you visited with us. “I have a 2011 Buick Regal that I bought somewhere else and since I live close to Marvin K Brown I take it there for service and maintenance, the service has always been great, so when it came time to buy a second car I went to shop in various places not remembering that Marvin K Brown also sells cars, so the last place we visited was here, I already had a good example of how good Buicks are but the sales person there Patrick made my experience pleasant, I ended up buying a 2016 Buick Verano, came out of there very happy, we just had one issue, one of the floor mats on the driver side was missing, we drove off without it and they where looking for the missing one, they did not find it but Joseph D Silagy contacted me and he ordered it, turns out you can’t just order one so they ordered all 4 and gave me the other 3 to have as replacements, very nice of them, all in all it was a great experience like I already knew from taking my Regal in for service before.”

Ray Carver achieves world class status as Master Technician

We would like to extend our deepest congratulations to Ray Carver for achieving World Class status though GM as a Master Technician in all fields. This accomplishment is one of the most prestigious in the service trade and took a tremendous amount of study and training to achieve. Congratulations Ray!
